Before the dust had cleared from the falling towers, Secretary of Defense Donald Rumsfeld met in the Pentagon with Air Force General Richard Myers, vice chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, and other top aides to try and figure out if they could use the 9/11 attacks to get Saddam Hussein out of power. Notes taken by Rumsfeld aide Steve Cambone show the secretary asked for the “best info fast..judge whether good enough [to] hit S.H. [Saddam Hussein] @ same time—not only UBL [Osama bin Laden].” Rumsfeld also asked Jim Haynes, the Pentagon’s top lawyer, “to talk w/ PW [Paul Wolfowitz] for additional support [for the] connection w/ UBL.” Other comments from the notes: “Need to move swiftly…go massive–sweep it all up things related and not.”

    Remember that there was absolutely no evidence that Saddam had any connection to the September 11th terrorist attacks yet these declassified memos show how the leaders where trying to come with the best way to get the US into war with Iraq  after the attacks. You must also remember there were no Weapons of Mass Destruction either.

By late November, Rumsfeld was meeting with Gen. Tommy Franks, Centcom commander, to plot the “decapitation” of the Iraqi government, according to the now declassified talking points agenda from the sessions (shown on television for the first time in the documentary). The talking points suggest that Rumsfeld and his team were grappling with a tricky issue: “How [to] start?” the war. In other words, what would the pretext be? Various scenarios were outlined: “US discovers Saddam connection to Sept. 11 attack or to anthrax attacks?” reads one of them. “Dispute over WMD inspections?” reads another. “Start now thinking about inspection demands.”

So now we know that we as Americans were deliberately LIED to. Lied into a war that cost 4,486 Americans their lives, over 109,000 Iraqis their lives. Including 66,000 innocent civilians. What are we going to do about it? Roll over like we have been as the leaders destroy the Constitution? I say NO! Contact your Senators and Representatives and tell them you demand accountability. Missouri Democrats have taken the gun legislation talks to a whole new level. They have introduced a measure that if passed into law, would give owners of certain types of “assault” weapons 90 days to either turn them in to authorities, disable them or ship them out of the state, Jim Hoft reported at the Gateway Pundit Thursday. According to House Bill 545, “assault” rifles are defined as any semi-automatic rifle with a detachable magazine that has one or more of the following characteristics: a. A pistol grip or thumbhole stock; b. Any feature capable of functioning as a protruding grip that can be held by the nontrigger hand; c. A folding or telescoping stock; or d. A shroud attached to the barrel, or that partially or completely encircles the barrel, allowing the bearer to hold the firearm with the nontrigger hand without being burned, but excluding a slide that encloses the barrel. The law also applies to certain semi-automatic pistols and semi-automatic shotguns with similar characteristics.

Democrats in the state also want to confiscate pistols or rifles with fixed magazines that can hold more than ten rounds of ammunition.The law also prohibits anyone, including gun makers, from manufacturing, importing, possessing, purchasing, selling, or transferring any “assault weapon” or large capacity magazines.The law does not apply to law enforcement officers, members of the military and federal agents and employees.Those already in possession of these weapons or magazines will have 90 days to :Remove the assault weapon or large capacity magazine from the state of Missouri;Render the assault weapon permanently inoperable; or Surrender the assault weapon or large capacity magazine to the appropriate law enforcement agency for destruction, subject to specific agency regulations.If the proposal becomes law, those who violate it will be charged with a Class C felony, punishable by up to seven years in prison.
.  ”It’s disarmament and a complete dissolve of the Second Amendment,” Dana Loesch wrote on her website.But, Loesch says, the proposal has very little chance of becoming law since Republicans hold a super-majority in the state legislature.”The bill has only been introduced and read twice; it’s a go-nowhere bill but designed, I think, to test the waters as we’ve seen numerous bills of similar sort introduced in other states”.
This bill makes Feinstiens bill to just tax and stop future sales of weapons look good doesn’t it? That’s more than likely what its all about. When forced with two unconstitutional bills, choose the lesser of two evils. Not for me. I urge you all to contact your local representative or senators and tell them that you will not stand for this. Remind them that you pay their bills not the other way around. We are the bosses and we will fire them if they don’t represent us the way we ask.

Obama has been blatantly destroying the Constitution since he was elected the first time.  Well NBC as obtained the document from an anonymous source (pun intended)stating that the president can order the killing of any US citizen just for thinking you may be a “High up” member of Al qaida. No judge, No Jury. Just The Dictator in Chief. I would like to say that this surprises me but after the Bush years and following up with this President that blatantly bypasses the constitution every chance he gets, it doesn’t surprise me at all. It disgusts me to no end but nothing these tyrants do any more can surprise me.

The Patriot act pretty much took what rights we as Americans are used to away or at least made most constitutional rights a punishable crime, but to say that the President alone can order the DEATH of an American because he thinks he may be working with Al Qaida is unbelievable. The memo states that the Dictator in Chief does not need any sort intelligence of proof that the suspect is in fact working with or a “high up” leader of a terrorist group. We just needs to assume the target is.

The memo states that “The condition that an operational  leader present an ‘imminent’ threat of violent attack against the United States does not require the United States to have clear evidence that a specific attack on U.S. persons and interests will take place in the immediate future”. So in other words they can order the death by drone on anyone? Really read that again. That’s like me shooting my neighbor because he may, some day, just maybe do harm to me.

I am red in the face pissed as I wright this article. I don’t see how we have come so far from our beginnings as a country so quickly. In the past 10 years we have lost the right protest, the right to bear arms (here in California, if you have an unpaid traffic ticket, you cannot buy a firearm.), the protection against unreasonable search and seizure, the right to a fair and speedy trial, and so on. And now we have lost the right to breath if the Dictator in Chief, Obama says so.

confiscates his 1,500 guns without charging him with a crime

Well I guess Obama needed some more weapons to ship down to the Mexican drug cartel. The Department of Homeland Security with help from local SWAT and Sheriff Deputies in Albuquerque, New Mexico raided the home of gun collector Robert Adams. According to a federal search warrant affidavit they seized nearly 1,500 firearms from Adams home and business.

According to search warrants that were filed on Thursday Homeland Security Investigations confiscated nearly 900 firearms from Adams’ home, 548 handguns and 317 rifles. They also seized 599 pistols and revolvers from his office. Yet they have not charged him with any gun related crime despite the fact that  DHS has been monitoring Adams for years. So in essence, the government has stolen this mans guns. Seems about par for the Obama administration. These scumbags are determined to see the Republic fall just like Rome.

While Obama, the Defense Department, the ATF and all other parties involved in the now infamous ” operation fast and furious” in witch the government handed over thousands of guns to the Mexican drug cartel, admit that there was wrongdoing that took place. Potentate Obama is trying to shed the blame on to Attorney General Eric Holder. The House voted to hold Holder in civil and criminal contempt of congress.

Holder will likely, at the very least, loose his job seeing that his boss Obama has filed a motion on January 11^th to indefinitely stop a lawsuit by the legal watchdog group Judicial Watch demanding enforcement of a June 22, 2012 Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request. The FOIA seeks all documents relating to Operation Fast and Furious, and “specifically all records subject to the claim of executive privilege invoked by President Obama on or about June 20, 2012.” They claim the basis of the block of information is the ongoing lawsuit against Holder. The block of information also keeps certain documents out of the eyes of congress.

Judicial Watch president Tom Fitton was quoted saying, “It is beyond ironic that the Obama administration has initiated an anti-gun violence push as it is seeking to keep secret key documents about its very own Fast and Furious gun walking scandal.”

I too find it ironic to say the least that Obama parades around on stage with children, “that wrote letters asking for him to pass a gun law so that they don’t die”, yet he has killed over nearly 300 children with his unconstitutional drone wars over seas including at least 2 known Americans. The guns he sent down to Mexico have also been linked to at least 1 border patrol agents death and hundreds of Mexican civilians.

The plot thickens though. Senator Chuck Grassley (R- Iowa) and Representative Darrell Issa (R-Calif.), chairman of the House Government Oversight Committee are accusing acting ATF Director, Todd Jones of trying to silence whistle blowers. Just days after the death of Border Patrol Agent Brian Terry, an email was sent out to all supervisors saying, “…you are in no way obligated to respond to Congressional contacts or requests for information…You are not authorized to disclose non-public information about law enforcement matters outside of ATF or the Department of Justice to anyone, including Congressional staff.”

That didn’t stop Federal Agent John Dobson. Testifying before Congress, Agent Dobson had said: “I recall, for example, one suspect as he met with another receive a bag full of cash. That cash then proceeded to a local FFL, who conducted a transaction of firearms that we had authorized him to do. The straw purchaser then left the federal firearms dealer and met again with that third party and delivered the firearms to him. And still we did nothing.”

Dobson continued: “Although my instincts made me want to intervene and interdict those weapons, my supervisor directed me and my colleagues not to make any stop or arrest, but rather, to keep him under surveillance while allowing the guns to walk. Surveillance operations like these were the rules; they’re not the exceptions. This is not a matter of some weapons that had gotten away from us or allowing a few to walk so that we could follow them to a much larger or more significant target. Allowing loads of weapons that we knew would be destined for criminals was the plan. This was the mandate.”

Stay tuned as this could turn into a wild ride if the public ever gets to see what is so controversial in the documents Obama is hiding.

Reports of cannibalism come out of North Korea as leader spends money on missile tests

Reports coming out of North Korea tell a disturbing tale of parents murdering their children for food in a last ditch effort to stay alive.  Unfortunately there are multiple confirmed incidences of this happening. This is not a freak instance.  Jiro Ishimaru from Asia Press said, “Particularly shocking were the numerous testimonies that hit us about cannibalism.”

The famine has killed 10,000 already and there doesn’t seem to be any help coming from their leader Kim Jong Un who would rather spend his countries last dollars on long range ballistic missiles than feed his people. Not only not help feed them, but there are reports from Asia press that in the farming provinces of North and South Hwanghae the people are battling starvation after a drought. Shortages were compounded by party officials who reportedly confiscated food. Reporters said food was confiscated from the two provinces and given to the residents of the country’s capital Pyongyang. This sounds like something straight out of The Hunger Games.

Reports from citizen journalists inside North Korea portrays a grim picture. These startling reports were compiled by independent reporters commissioned by Asia Press, a independent press agency focusing on Asia, and were published by the Sunday Times.

The daily quoted an informant as saying, “In my village in May, a man who killed his own two children and tried to eat them was executed by a firing squad.”

The informant said the man killed his eldest daughter while his wife was away on business and then killed his son because he had witnessed the murder.

When his wife returned, the man told her they had meat. She became suspicious as to where the man could have found meat and contacted officials.

According to undercover reporters from Asia Press, one man dug up his grandchild’s corpse and ate it. Another boiled his own child for food, the report said.

In a village in Chongdan county, a man “who went mad with hunger boiled his own child, ate his flesh and was arrested”, said an official of the ruling Korean Worker’s party.

Just take a second and think of what it must take, where your head must be, how much trauma it must take to kill and eat your child. Yet the leaders of this country stand down from attacking this demon of a man, Kim Jung Un, who has already said he will attack the U.S. Instead they focus on ways to destroy the constitution and strip of our rights.

The locals of Houston’s south side were caught off guard when army helicopters and troops swarmed a local high school and airport. The neighborhood was not warned that the army would be running any such drill.
Frances Jerrals didn’t know what to think.”When you see this, you think the worst. When you hear this, you think the worst”.
Maybe that’s exactly what the army wanted. The fear. Trying to acclimate us to swarms and takeovers like this. Get used to seeing drones overhead and cameras in every corner. This is George Orwells 1984 just 30 years too late.
Why else would the government send troops to do a “drill” where they take over a high school and airport without warning the locals.
What would have happened if one of the citizens would have shot one of the troops, fearing a takeover? Well if the government has their way, they won’t need to worry about a citizen rising up.
We will probably never know the meaning of these army surprise drills. And yes they happen all the time. Earlier this week they did the same thing in Miami. It seems like they are focusing on the southern states. Maybe they know those people would rather die than give up their guns so they need to send a bit of fear into them by showing them just how bad ass they are. One phrase for the people that orchestrated this psy op drill. DON’T TREAD ON ME!

On thursday, Kim Jong Un said that North Korea would continue the test long range missiles and nuclear technologies.  The west was up in arms in early 2012 when North Korea began test launching missiles under many different claims but mostly they said it was to launch a satellite into space. Well here we sit in the beginning of 2013 and the leader of North Korea has come out and said that even though the U.N. has imposed very strict sanctions on them, they will continue to test long range ballistic missiles and nuclear technologies for “An all-out attack on America” because we are the North Koreans “sworn enemy”.

In all, North Korea isn’t that scary of a country. One massive air strike by the United States would decimate the place, but through all the sanctions imposed on them, North Korea has kept one good friend. A very big friend. China. U.S. Defense Secretary Leon Panetta said back in April of 2012 that he belives China has been funding North Korea’s missile program through “trade and technology exchanges.” Now the North looks pretty formidable. With a friend like China (whos national women army has more members than the entire U.S. population) it would take an effort from all U.N. members to take on Kim Jong Un if China decides to back them up.

It shows just how much respect (scared) of China our leaders have. Remember in 2003 when we just knew Saddam had weapons of mass destruction and they sent our troops over to Iraq, gun blazing, to stop the threat that could compromise the lives of countless U.S. citizens. Well as it turned out we just wanted the natural commodities that the middle east has to offer. Mainly oil and opium. But now we have Kim Jong Un TELLING us that he is trying to make a nuke to attack America and we just sit and watch!
